“I’ve only eaten at one of these two places, so I’ll vote for that one.”
I was waiting for someone to say "I ate at one of the places and absolutely hated it, so I'll vote for the other one"
“I’ve only eaten at one of these two places, so I’ll vote for that one.”
DH feels that way about Nine Dragons. He had wanted to go there for a long time, and then we finally did, but it was during COVID and was disappointing. I would be curious if any of y’all have been during normal times, and what you thought.I’m not voting again because I’ve never eaten at Ronto Roasters and the only time I’ve eaten at Skipper was when we also had a 2yo with us and it was covid so there were only like 4 things on the menu (and the whole experience was weird with the masking and the distancing and everything)
I’ve only eaten at one of the final four, but I’ll go ahead and vote anyway.I think the price point and requirement for reservations (in many cases) means that table service restaurants are less likely to have been frequented by everyone on the board. There were quite a few votes that had some form of the statement, “I’ve only eaten at one of these two places, so I’ll vote for that one.”
I think the price and the sense that eating at some of the TS is more of an event can also lead to heavy polarization in opinion.

We have been a few times and enjoyed it. It's kind of a slightly better version of the Chinese food most people can get at home, so it rarely rotated to the top of our list, especially during festival times. Now that we've moved to a place with very little ethnic food and the festival booths are getting more repetitive, we'll probably put it back in our regular mix.DH feels that way about Nine Dragons. Les Halles & Satu'li CanteenGood afternoon, RunDisney All-Stars! The results are in for the quarterfinals of March Magical Madness. Things went pretty much according to seed, with one exception, as Ronto Roasters continued its Cinderella run to the Final Four. Satu'li Canteen was pushed to the limit by Yak & Yeti, having to rely on its superior seed to advance, as well. Here are your results and dining champion from each park:
Les Halles 15 -13 Via Napoli
ABC Commissary 12 - 16 Ronto Roasters
Skipper's Canteen 19 - 9 Columbia Harbour House
Yak & Yeti 14 - 14 Satu'li Canteen (Satu'li advances as the higher seed)
Voting is now open through Friday for the Final Four. Can Ronto Roasters pull a 3rd upset in a row? Does Les Halles need to be quaking in its beret at the matchup? Here's the bracket:

Disclaimer: I haven’t done it.This isn’t MW related but this thread seems to have more members than Springtime Surprise. Has anyone seen the AdventHealth RunPFX advertisement on runDisney’s Instagram story? It’s $300 but it sounds like it could be interesting. It looks like that woman was gifted the experience in return for advertising it, but does anyone know if this is something they’ve offered before?
Edit: I did a search and saw someone posted it on the 2025 MW thread. Did anyone actually do it? Was it worthwhile?
