I have super glue if you need it.Soooooo what do I need to know about *possible* blister care? I’ve got a spot just below my big toe that’s either chafed or the verrrrry beginning of a blister.
Her daughter had a competition this weekend she was supposed to attend but couldn’t at the last minute because of the weather in Atlanta. She was on the stage for awhile but wasn’t supposed to be.Is Carissa running or is she not feeling well?
I started in D and had the most congested runDisney race of my life. I walked most of it simply because there were walkers all the way across and it was too much zig zagging to try to do intervals. I don’t mind and had a lot of fun today but it was so tight even in places where it didn’t feel like it had to be (parking lot, for example). I came to almost a dead stop getting on the walkway between the Poly and MK. Definitely not my favorite half course due to the narrow parts and the lack of World Showcase at the beginning but it was still fun and I loved the characters!!!Cone Alley and the walkway weren’t as crowded as I expected. How was that area later in the race?
This was the worst place for me too, the sidewalk beside the new Poly tower was very narrow, and made more narrow by puddles.I came to almost a dead stop getting on the walkway between the Poly and MK.
I waited literally 20 minutes for this portapotty. I watched sadly as all the runners passed.
I occasionally had to run on the right today simply because there were walkers all the way to the left. But I tried to be very aware when doing it and just walked when it wasn’t possible (which was most of the course). Also, runners don't need to pass me on the right when I'm walking right next to the right hand line of cones
Shoutout to an unnamed person who trusted me enough to get them finished 26 seconds before the ballon ladies.

Happy to report everyone finished the HM and some are moving on to tomorrow’s M.
No. They don’t care. Cue the “I paid my registration fee too so don’t tell me I can’t walk side by side with my five friends!” entitled nitwits.I really wish people would be more cognizant of where they are walking. And stop walking in huge bunches of people I run/walk and I hate that we get a bad rap because other people don’t care.
Hoping the marathon has more room to stretch out tomorrow.
Yeah, I was so close to the right hand cones that I could touch them, and someone still shoved between me and the cones to passI occasionally had to run on the right today simply because there were walkers all the way to the left. But I tried to be very aware when doing it and just walked when it wasn’t possible (which was most of the course).
