SAFD: As much as I love the Disney classic, I'm going to have to go more contemporary with my choice: Moana. Something about the story, visuals and incredible music just resonate with me.

Also, in a nod to @Herding_Cats' strategy, I am going to disclose that I self-eliminated Nightmare Before Christmas as a potential answer due to it being stop motion and not animation.
