Hi folks, I am gearing up to make this my first marathon and I'm getting excited putting my training runs into my calendar. I have a question for the group about how to best make an adjustment to the recommended full marathon training program to account for the Wine & Dine challenge. The training says that week should be a half marathon on Sunday -- no problem there, but I will be running the 10K on Saturday which the program has designated as a rest day. Since I will be running on that rest day, how would you adjust the training earlier that week which is recommended as Tue-4mi, Wed-7mi(pace), Thu-4mi, Fri-rest. Thanks!!
