Home from Sedona, safe and sound!
Did a nice walk on Saturday, but only 1 1/2 miles as we didn't head out till noon and it was about 87%, so we cut the walk short and went back and hit the swimming pool! The walk was up and down hills though, so it was very arobic.
Meals were pretty much on plan, but did have a dessert Sat after dinner and Sunday with lunch (which had been in the plan). Very nice treats and they'll hold me over for four weeks till the next treat to be enjoyed on a visit to Coronado Island.
Tomorrow is the day I decide about the 10K at WDW in October. I'm very much leaning towards it, as it's about half the length of the 1/2 Marathon being done about halfway between now and Marathon date. I'm concerned about not being able to keep the pace required, but I think it's more important for me to have this mini-goal and to have the experience of a race than it is to worry about completing the race in the time alloted.
Hope everyone had a great/active weekend!

I'm jealous!
