Boy, I LOVE starting off the week with a Rest day!
Actuallly, I'll want to play with my new pedometer today, so I'll probably go for a little stroll
and test out my new shoes too! Don't worry.......I won't overdo it

i'm sorry to hear you broke your rib! ouch! just do what you can for now, healthy eating lots of protein!
