Can only answer 2:
I love the cheddar cheese soup at LC, about the only thing I love there. Do you have a panera where you live? It tastes similar to their cheddar cheese soup but with a hint of beer (& I don't like beer just drinking it in a glass).

I also love BD, its one of my favorite in Disney. There food is really good and we've always had great service there. I love love love their tortillini app. The steak is very good there too and beside flying fish, I don't like the steak anywhere else on property including the supposedly award winning steak at Cali Grill (but I will note I have never gone to Yachtsman or Shulas & don't really plan to at least not in the near future).

I've heard CM for dinner is horrible, at least from all the people that post on here.

Is the potato Leek soup & fish & Chips good @ rose & Crown? ----- couldn't tell you, but I can tell you my meal at Rose adn Crown was warm on top and cold throughout like it was cooked hours earlier adn stuck under a warming lamp until some poor sucker like me ordered it, I likely won't be returning.

What is good at Biergarten if I hate sauercraut & sausage? I really liked Biergarten, there was a lot of variety and it does have something for everyone in my opinion. Lots of great salads, schnitzel, chicken, desserts. I'm not a sauerkraut fan either but I did just fine here!

Brown Derby amazing? no? Great? Yes... Amazing.... depends on your taste. It's a good meal, service can be touch and go though. There are a few dishes here I absolutely love, but if I only have budget for one signature meal it's not here that I do it.

Chef Mickeys dinner good? Haven't been, but it LOOKS like a good time when going through on the monorail.

DH LOVED the soup at Le Cellier. I hate cheese but tasted it. It was very rich & creamy... not horrible, but not my thing. DH said he'd make a meal out of just that & the pretzel bread.

Chef Mickey's dinner is overrated. The food is ok. If you want to see the characters though, Chef Mickey's the way to do it.

Brown Derby = YES! It is possibly my favorite Disney restaurant. You must try the cobb salad!

I had much better soup at my local sandwich shop (hey, im Canadian! lol). I wouldnt go out of my way for the soup or the bread to be honest. Actually, the soup (potato leek OR cream of cauliflower) at Biergarten is far better than the one at le cellier!

What is good at Biergarten if I hate sauercraut & sausage? >>>honestly, not much! Lol! I found it to be just ok. The best part for me was the mac n' cheese and the schnitzel and potatoes. The desserts were minimal, but i liked the cheeesecake. Its worth trying once, but i wouldnt go back.

Chef Mickeys dinner good? >>>This isnt the best place. You should check it out once at least, the characters are pretty darn amazing. But the food is just average.

the food is not good in my opinion... but if you travel with kids... I would go to breakfast for the experience

Fish & Chips are good. One of the few places I'll eat Fish & Chips.
Beer Cheese soup at LC is really good.
Biergarten is tough--I've left there hungry because most of the food is not my thing. Others in my family enjoyed it.
Brown Derby was a big disappointment for us. One of our least favorite places and we all ordered different items.
