Manta with fat legs

Who am I kidding...I'm fat all over

So - have any one who is more of a Pooh size ridden this and been ok - my worst nightmare is getting to the front and not fitting!

I'm about 270lbs, 5'6, size 20 ish and I have lymphoedema which means I have fairly thick calves - not as thick as a big soda bottle but it's the only thing I can think of that is closeish...

Well, I know everyone's proportions are different, but maybe this will reassure you:

My DH is a BIG guy. He's 6' 3" and 270 pounds. BROAD shoulders (think football player) and a sizeable middle (thanks to my good cooking for the last 19 years ). He fit just fine.

DH and DS absolutely loved Manta. It was their favourite coaster of the trip!

Thank you - it's just my legs that I'm worried about really - I have the chunkiest, rugby player legs...pretty much one width the whole way down. I'm the reason the word 'cankles' was invented

If you are worried, there is a test seat out front of the ride that you can try before getting in line.

I can tell you that there are coasters at BG, US (both parks) and Kraken at SW that I won't fit on (though I am trying to lose weight before our Christmas 2012 trip.....mainly to ride these LOL), but I fit on Manta with no problem.

What about Kraken? Did your DH fit on that? My DH is about your DH's size except he's 6'5" and probaby closed to 290, but broad shouldered and a sizable middle too (we must be good cooks ).

Yes ma'am, he fit on Kraken with no problemo . Loved it too (though not as much as Manta).

And lol, my cooking must not be half bad, cause he used to be a bit of a skinny runt when we first met . Food is definitely his "love language" .... you know what they say about the way to a man's heart .

But really, no worries. DH fit on everything at SeaWorld, US, and IOA without difficulty or discomfort. Your DH should be just fine .
