Manchester airport hotels

Unfortunately not going to Florida next year but am flying from Manchester to Milan. will be visiting Lake Garda & coast.

Last time we flew we stayed at Bewleys hotel Which we liked.. Any other recommendations??

How much would the Raddison be, any ideas.

Looking for 1 family room & 14 days parking

We were quoted for a family of 3 £145, staying friday night in Dec.

Trying holday extras, they have quite a few hotels on, we were going to stay at Crowne Plaza, £115.

DH then got a cracking deal on car parking £20, for 2 weeks, in a secure site with transfers.

I stayed at the crowne Plaza this Aug. Really nice hotel, I think it was something like £120 for double room and 14 days parking.

Hi,
We stayed at the Etrop Grange hotel last Nov before we flew to Florida. Actually, we stayed there the year before, and plan to stay again next year. Its just a few minutes drive away from Terminal 1 or 2, sorry, i can never remember which one it is, but you are chauffer driven there in a Jaguar, so its not really an issue. The hotel itself used to be a stately home and it really does have that grand feeling but without making you feel uncomfortable.
Anyway, im jabbering on. We paid £110 for a 1 night stay with transfers to and from the airport and 16 nights parking. That was for a family room with 2 adults and 2 children.

we are staying at the radisson sas in december we got it for £175 for one night including breakfast, cant wait

we stayed at the hilton last year which was also lovely we just didnt like the food

We also stayed at Etrop Grange Hotel, our room cost £98 for 1 family room & 14days parking. The night before we flew they took us down to a nearby pub in the mini-bus and picked us up again. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Rates for Radisson were c.£170 for a family room plus 15 nights parking when we booked earlier this year for c.10 days time.

Seems a high price, but boy is the convenience worth it - leave your room to walk down to check-in (in your holiday clothes), then go back for breakfast before checking out - no yukky terminal food nor extortionate price to pay for it. Really gets us off on the right foot and in the holiday spirit.

Interested to see that the Radisson offers a breakfast included rate - must check that next time (ahh, next time).

Another vote for the Crowne Plaza,we stayed the night before flying to Tenerife last Dec.The on site Chinese restaurant was very good.

We stayed at the Radisson in the family room which was excellent, really spacious rooms and the convenience factor of being literally seconds away from the terminal is second to none. We liked overlooking the runway too!

We stayed at the Raddison in may, was £135.00 for double room with breakfast and 7 days parking.
Was a lovely hotel, great service, good food and sooo convenient.
We had a room overlooking the runway which was great (and we dont have kids!!!)

Make sure you visit Sirmione, at the southern end of Garda. Fantastic castle!

We always stay at the Radisson the night before our flight. Takes a lot of the pressure off getting to the airport.
The hotel is so convenient.

We have just come back from 3 weeks in Florida, and we stayed at the Radisson the night before we flew. It was brilliant. The room was gorgeous, we got one of the Italian themed ones, and we were overlooking the runway. The bed was placed at an angle so you could sit in it and watch out of the window. We paid £145 and we feel it was worth every penny. It made the start of our holiday a little more special too

I have looked at the holiday extras website but it only brings up 4 hotels for our dates. Perhaps more may appear nearer the date.
