Managing other family FP

Good Morning - another family will be joining us on our trip and I will be handing our FPs.
Mother, Father and 12 YO daughter.

I have successfully linked the mother and have made hers.
The father accepted my invitation about 1/2 hour ago - still shows pending, but I assume there may just be a lag in their system before I can see it. True? Or is there an issue.

Then the 12 YO daughter, I send an invite out to her - but they are not getting it. I assume it is because she is under 13. How do I get her linked???

1. Could be. (MDX is so glitchy, it's hard to know.)

3. All three persons in the other family could/should be on the same account.
Then, invite the person "in charge" of that account to join you.

I just came back from a group trip with a bunch of minors. I had a tough time linking the minors to my account, even once the 18+ parents accepted and I saw them in my Friends and Family. I always had to call Disney IT. Just have the parent’s email address that they used for MDE on-hand when calling. They will take care of it on their end and don’t hand up until everyone is visible on your account

I ended up calling tech support - they fixed it. Apparent the Dad has multiple profiles.

All set now.

You can do it either way.
But, if you make them members directly in YOUR account, they will always be a part of your account.
