Management Internship Question

Hey there!

I was offered a second interview to be a Transportation Manager Intern. My interview will be next friday.

Can anyone help me out with possible questions for the second round of interviews in management? Or even just let me know what its like? what can I expect?

I have no idea what its going to be like so any info would be a great help!

I just went through a management interview (not Transportation), here were some of my questions:

How has your background and education prepared you for management?

Name a recent example of feedback you've recieved and how you used it.

How do you utilze technology and handle deadlines?

What have you done to personally develop yourself?

What is your greatest personal/professional accomplishment?

The others were related to the area I was applying for.
