Man! washed DS's IPod shuffle

Just blame the camera on the kids too. You know the ipod thing really is your sons fault. How many times do you have to tell them to check their pockets before putting things in the hamper (I know you do this, all moms do). If that doesnt work, blame the dog--do you have a dog

I got my 60 gig refurbished IPod from here..I didn't know about it when I got DS shuffle tough,or I would have shopped there.

you may want to check out the apple website IF it turns out that it is totally dead. sometimes they sell shuffles (refurbished) for $29.00

I have purchased one of those $29 shuffles for my 7yo (feeling left out that mom and dad had them).

DH washed his cell phone a long time ago. Let it dry out for a week and it works fine now.

Do yourself a favor-parcel out the news of the electronics issues to Ed a little at a time!

I washed DS13s a few months ago. I let it dry out for a few weeks and now it works perfectly. so glad I didnt throw it away and buy another one.

DH has left 2 cell phones in his pants and both were ruined. His last iPod was washed 2X and worked both of them. The current nano is on one washing so far and is still working.

He doesn't believe that it was his fault. The last one really was my DS's fault. He decided to help with the laundry by collecting Dad's pants from the floor. He didn't know to check the pockets. I thought they already had been checked.

Whoops!

We now have a strict rule about not washing anything that Dad didn't put into the basket. Clothes could rot before I'll pick them up from the floor. Funny thing is, since that rule is in place, he's been more responsible about getting them into the laundry basket.

I dropped my cell phone in the toilet once (it was clean!), I thought it would be ruined, but I left it alone for a few days and it worked just fine! DH dropped his in the gutter after a big rain storm. It was completely submerged in water. His worked after a few days too!
