has anyone had the Osso Buco or the steak there? ( silly question I am sure!) is the gorgonzola (barf) in the steak (as in cooked in the butter sauce) or could they leave it off.

The gorgonzola is atop the steak so it could easily be left off. To tell you the truth, this steak turned out to be one of my favorite meals during our trip in July. It's not for everybody, though, and if you don't like blue or gorgonzola cheeses...it's definitely not for you!

We had the Fantasmic package, and were very happy with the quality of the food. And this was the restaurant I didn't want to go to! I'm glad we did!
