What kind of steak is Butcher Steak?
It looks good and some of the reviews have been positive, but I have to say I have no idea what kind of a steak it is .

I had this on Sept 8th...it appears to me to be a "flat-iron" steak. It is not anything like a NY Strip, Ribeye, etc but still good. The asparagus it was served with was VERY mild and tender...overall a good meal.

That steak is really yummy, I had it both times that we ate at Mama Melrose and if we go there again next year I will probably order it again. I also love the polenta and asparagus that are served with it.
