Malfunctions!!!

On the phone at 9 am today to switch to Kidani and am on hold because they are having problems already!!
 
She told me she's ready to make the switch but is waiting for the support team for something:confused3
 
Yep, my rep said exactly the same thing. Still on hold now...
 

On hold as well.

I had trouble even getting past the first prompt to choose Member Services to use your account. It would just ring and ring. It would not bring me to the next prompt to pick one for reservations, banking points, etc.

I have been on the phone witing since they opened and not spoken to anyone yet.

Thank goodness I remembered to call first thing.

Hang tight, It rang a long time for me before a Cast Member picked up. We are all back on hold now while they solve a computer problem, It might be a while.....

EXACTLY THE SAME SITUATION HERE!!!!:sad2:
 
I am in for 5/30-6/5. She did confirm they are having a bit of computer glitches this AM.

They will give you a cancellation for your Jambo ressie and give you a new one for your Kidani ressie.
