I triple that recommendation. It will get rid of anything out there. Everytime I have something random that comes in, this is the solution.

I had trouble getting into a few of my favortie websites and it turned out that this program had flagged them. I took it off my pc and so did a lot of other people I know. They may have fixed this problem in newer versions.

Edit: the free version doesn't include real time protection so that wouldn't affect you anyway.
