We arrived at the Atlanta International Airport 2 hours before our flight got our boarding passes and checked our luggage.
The trip was underway.

we arrived in Orlando around 11:00 that is when everything started to unravel!
Delta sent my DSisters and her son's luggage to San Jose CA I quess they thought we we headed to DISNEYLAND!!!! LOL
so we had to go to Delta Claims and that took forever.By the way they gave her nothing for losing her luggage.They say they have 24 hours to get it back and then if it not back they give you $25 per day per piece until returned up to $125 total compensation even if they never find it!
Then on to National.No Full size cars in the emerald isle!!!!! NO one that could speak English out there either. Finally found an Intrepid(worse car on the road for vision in our families op) on the full sz lane it was the only one all the others were much smaller and would not hold us and our luggage.
ok by now I am thinking maybe we should just turn around and GO HOME!
we finally arrive at ALLSTARS and we proceed to Check IN we get the CM with no personally at all he mumbled thru the entire process and would not give my sister her AE lanyards even though I paid for her fridge with my AE so she would get them.Gave me some crazystory about only one WhiteGlove per card.Well we used two different AE one to pay for our Room Deposit so we would get White Glove and one for her Refrigerator. Nope no good. All this after when we first Walked up to Check in I said laughing and with a smile Please make some magic for us we have had a terrible day so far. No response from Mr. Personality.
Then on to the room NON smoking rooms yeah right!
DS has asthma and can not tolerate smoke and her room reaked of it. So we call front desk to be moved.They Front desk actually said to me.OK we will move you but you may not be in the same building or anywhere close to one another! "which would you rather have the room you are in or your sister being able to breath"Can you beleive that!All this befor she had even looked for another set of rooms close together.Well they moved us to adjoining rooms just down from where we were.Building 6 the farest away from everything let me add hows that for alittle magic.
By this time it is too late to make our Cindy's lunch ressie.So we just head out to the Outlet Malls for alittle shopping therapy.
On the way back we at at Macaroni's Great Food and Great wait person.Very enjoyable expierence.
then back to the AllStars to find we still have no frigs as of 8:30 PM
I was so ready for this day to end!
on a happy note the weather was beautiful.There was a great breeze that day.
end of day one thank goodness.
