I'm so confused with DisneyAwards! I haven't been actively working this site in a while, but went this morning to try to get back into it. I only had maybe 75 points or so, but now I only have 6! Been trying to read the boards to see what's going on, but I can't find anything other than points being moved that are ready for redemption. Since I didn't have enough points for that, It looks like mine are gone.

Also, tried logging in to post but it's telling me I don't exist. This doesn't seem right either since I've posted a couple of times before.

HELP!!!!!

Sometimes that (logging in problem) happens at the ezboards if you fail to log in again.Just register as a global user and go from there.

As far as your points there is a thread you need to respond to on henwens right now telling Kris how many points you are missing.

I sent you a PM but did not hear from you so I just posted this.


hope this helps...oh and remember if you reregister at EZ to change your user name in your member home edit member info and repost to all the required threads in henwens just to be safe.

Was able to finally post again today, and registering as a global user was how I was able to get back in

I realized by reading a few of the posts that I was doing the searches wrong. I was doing each one THREE times, so I'm assuming that's where my points went. Do you think that's it? Or should I post my missing points on that thread?

As for your PM, I never got it. To tell you the truth, I have no idea how to even use it Sorry.

no that is not where your points went.Please post to the thread about the missing points they will be added back to your account.
It was a programming error.
