Making Trip Report Questions?

Hello. I am planning on doing a trip report for my upcoming disney land trip. I always read other's and find them oh so helpful! I understand how to do pictures and what not ... What I am asking is how do you makes those 'chapters'. You know where the trip is broken down on the first post with diff links so the person reading can go directly to that post .. not have to read through the comments and everything?
