Making the most of early rope drop at HS

I just realized that Hollywood Studios will open at 7 on my upcoming July trip. I know it's to maximize the Toy Story Land attendance, but what other rides will be running? Specifically, will Star Tours be open?

Muppets, RnR, ToT, TSMM, and Star Tours. I'm assuming the two new Toy Story attractions will be open, as well.
