I have made reservations for excursions over the phone with DCL but never received anything from them in the mail nor did I get a reservation number. Is this normal or should I call them back to make sure my reservations are just that? Also, since my son recently broke his hand, we know the cast will be off but he may not have strength enough to hold on the banana boat or do the wave runner excursion....can I cancel that closer to my departure or after I get onboard or when is it that I can no longer cancel?
