Making reservations

Any suggestions on the best way to make reservations. We are planning a trip to Fort Wilderness in January 2009. Should we wait and book through AAA or go ahead and call Disney to book? If we book through Disney can we change to AAA rates later?

Hi I am trying to find out the same thing I have been told that AAA is the only place that has the lowest prices (giving the space for those AAA rates have not sold out for the dates you are looking at)
they said they have the best member package, it is like a whole page worth of stuff place a free photo....

I know the jan 09 prices dont come out until mid jun early july....

I heard june or july as well, I just do not want to miss out on getting a good spot or getting a spot at all. My DH has a hard time getting vacation and if he puts in for the week and we can not get it there will be some disaapointed people
