Making reservation advice

Let me try my 2nd question in another way.

Typically do Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday nights get booked faster than Friday or Saturday nights because they are less points? For instance if I was booking a stay from Wednesday to Sunday, would I find it harder to book Wednesday and Thursday night because it would be more popular than Friday or Saturday night??? The reason I ask is in some of my research to join, I making the assumption to be able to book one higher point night and four lower point nights to make up our trip. I would be trying to avoid having to high point nights to save points for future vacations. Clear as mud?

Most of us think so but no one know for sure since they don't publish the info.

I have found that Fri/Sat nights do seem to book slower than Sun-Thur nights. Just a personal observation. But I would think during things like Food & Wine, weekends at BCV or BWV would book fast even with the higher points required. (I mostly book in the summer or off season, that's when I seem to see Fri/Sat book up slower).

We are a low point family (200), and book alot of Sun-Thur trips to save points. We sometimes do Fri/Sat at a Universal hotel for longer trips.

I did my first day by day reservation - just made the last call yesterday. I normally don't bother, but I wanted TWO two bedroom Boardwalk View rooms over F&W.

It was amazingly easy. The first call was "normal" - the next calls all took less than five minutes with the CM - member number, name, last four digits of social security number for security sake, extended those two reservations out, yes, still checking out on the 18th - both of them right? Yep. Thank you, goodbye.
