Making res. at Swan/Dolphin??

I guess my question is more out of curiosity than anything else... but who do you make the reservations with at these resorts? Is it through the Swan/Dolphin or is it through CRO? I always hear how these hotels are not "Disney Hotels", so I was curious.

I made our reservations thru Dreams Unlimited, I think you can make reservations thru CRO, I'm not sure on that.
Also you can call the Swan at 800-248-7926 to book.

They do offer a discount if you are an AAA member.

Thanks a bunch Mrs. A. I am staying at AKL this week and I am considering the Swan for my next visit in September. I have been to the Swan when I was resort hopping and I think it will be a great place to stay.

I just called the Dolphin directly. I have called many times with questions & room requests & they are always very warm, friendly & helpful! Have a fun time planning!!!!

I called the Swan directly and received courteous, friendly and knowledgeable service.
