making money hand over foot

I've always heard it as "hand over fist".

But I have no idea what it means.

Psst, monkies can't make a fist. You know, because of the missing opposable thumbs. :teeth:

I've never made money hand over foot or fist - but if I do, and I find out what it is, I'll let you know.

Hand over fist -- means FAST and LOTS -- so much that they hands handling the $$ are continually moving...

Isn't it spending money hand over fist?

Crap, that's right they do, don't they? I was thinking of dogs. :rotfl: Oh, what a past couple of days I've had. My brain is officially mush. :p

And they can grip with their toes, like my baby monkey. (He will be so sad when his feet become human!)

He is SO adorable, monkey toes and all! :goodvibes

The saying is hand over fist. It means to make money as fast as you can pull it in. (ie. you pull a rope hand over fist, the faster you pull on the rope the faster your task is completed). :goodvibes
