Making late payments on hotel package?

I know I've read a thread with this same question but cannot find it anywhere. I need to pay my pkg off by July 28th but need an extra 2 days for payday. I can pay most of it, but not all. Will Disney give my room and pkg away if they don't receive the total amount by the 28th? I'm so worried about this becuz we have the free dining plan.

Call CRS and explain that you need until the 30th for your check to be deposited. If you can go ahead and pay what you can now. Usually they will allow 1 or 2 days extra.

Our TA was able to get us a couple of extra days, so if thats all you need I cant see it being a problem

We did just this when paying off our May trip. DH was paid a few days after our due date so we sent out a check for all but $200 of the final payment after making arrangements with WDW to pay the remainder over the phone 2 days later. We might have to do the same for our upcoming September trip because payday is the day after our due date again. LOL HTH Rebecca
