Great update. Soarin is my all time favorite ride. I just love it. GG looked like fun times, ate there a few times and enjoyed it. I was LOL when I read you went down on the escalator, I was thinking, Oh maybe they are going to ride the boat then I read it was a mistake. Thats okay, it gave you a chance to ride off some of the meal

You know... we did ride that boat again but for the life of me I cannot remember when! We even stood in line for a few to ride it again.

There was a guy there that was wearing a t-shirt that said "I am 50 today" and everyone with him had a shirt that said "My (dad, husband, friend, brother, etc) is 50 today". There was a whole gaggle of them! Tom and I looked at each other and simultaneously said :
Him: Don't even think about it!
Me: Cool! Do that for me!

Great update! That's awesome that they let you in early at Garden Grill - we ate there the day after Thanksgiving with the CP package. Loved it! I love Soarin' too - such a well done ride! Can't wait for more... there is more, right?

Yes! Lots more! I think I've gotten us up to about 1:30/2:00 ish... so we've got a whole afternoon left!

I've gotta say thanks for the quick/easy to use TR links! I was able to read the whole thing this afternoon and am ready for the rest of the trip.

Great report and believe me, I understand DD's at Disney. Mine is 14 Just wait, they get past not wanting to be seen on kiddie rides and move on to not wanting to be seen with the family She spent a good bit of our December trip on her own--she'd join us after her hair & makeup were done or leave to go do her hair or to just go "chill".

No you have not! She sounds wonderful! It's just that right now my kids think the world revolves around me. If I leave for the store they are crushed. I am not looking forward to the time when that is not true anymore!!

She stills asks to go to the store with me and is disappointed if I say no... does that help? You've got a lot of the little years in front of you!

Its going to happen.....our last trip the boys went off on their own (for the first time)...we had to meet up with them every few hours........It's a long process but when they hit the teen years you get to where you want them to leave for a bit (trust me)!!!!!! Mouse patrol will keep an eye on them!!

Disney needs a program that if your child throws a fit at Disney they'll take them for you and make them ride It's a Small World over and over until they come out with a permismile on their face!
