Making FPs for a group

Hello,
I have been playing with the MDE app and website today - trying to make sure everything is "linked" prior to our FP date which is 2 weeks away. We (family of 4) are traveling with relatives (family of 3). I made the majority of the dining reservations for both families, as we are eating together most days. When I look at the "My Reservations" page, it lists my reservation, along with my park tickets. When I click on the "Friends and Family" drop down, it lists everyone but my sister in law. I was able to make dining reservations for her, and I'm hoping to make multiple FP selections for her (along with everyone else). Do I need to add her to this page or will she show up as an option when I attempt to make a FP reservation? I'm not sure if she's not showing up because I do not "control" or maintain her account... yet, her husband and daughter show up for me (even though she is controlling their access/account/etc..)

It has been 3 years since we've been to WDW and I had to do FP selections, so I know things may have changed... plus my memory isn't perfect! I just want to make sure I have all the loose ends tied up when I log on in 2 weeks, so that I'm not trying to add people when I could be attempting to secure must have FPs! Any advice is appreciated!!!!

Does the other family have a “package?” If so, you won’t see everyone listed correctly with tickets until their 60-day window actually opens.

If their tickets were separately purchased and then linked, you should call IT.

See the FP FAQ and its Booking section.

We each booked a package for our own families through the same travel agent - room and tickets. I can see her husband and daughter, just not her. Is it safe to assume I’ll see her when I go to book FP in 2 weeks?

Thanks for the super fast reply!

Yes; it’s typical for that total lack of data prior to your window opening.

Also check MDX’ website for the complete Family and Friends listing. If she isn’t showing there, Invite her via your MDX account and use the correct email that is used for her MDX login.
