Making Fast pass plus

Hi long time no post. Yesterday I booked a last minute ish trip for May half term. We are staying on site at AKL. I wasn't planning on going back until 2015 so haven't paid too much attention to making FP plus. When can I do this and how? I booked through the WDW website, hotel and tickets so have a reference number. A simple answer would be appreciated (although I fear that may not be the case)!!!!!

Then FP+ can be made 60 days in advance

Once in MDE it is really simple
