Making Fantasmic dessert package??

So I'm assuming that I need to make reservations for the Fantasmic dessert package 60 days out, right?? But we are going at the end of November Wed-Sat and wanted to book for that Friday, but I'm not even sure if they will be showing it that night?! So, will I just get reimbursed if there is no show that night? It's kind of a bummer that we have to make reservations 60 days out but don't know schedules until just a few weeks out!

It's 30 days out for the Fantasnic Dessert, so the schedule will be up by then. The hours and entertainment are usually available about 6 weeks in advance.

If the show is canceled you will get a refund. If there is no show they won't take your $.

How likely is it that the Dessert Package sells out in October? We want to go on the 20th. I'm hesitant to book it in case the weather is terrible and we have 4 small kids. It's a huge splurge and I don't want anyone to be disappointed.
