making disney special for couples first visit ???

Me and my partner of three and a half years are going to disney for the first time together. he went as a kid, and ive been 8 times over the last 12 years. we are going with my family however, mum dad sister and friend. i would really like some ideas of things just the two of us. so far i have planned a carriage ride at port orleans riverside, a trip on the characters in flight balloon at down town, and on our second visit to MK to watch the fireworks and water pageant from poly beach. i just want to fit in as much 'us time' as possible so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe a special meal for just the two of you? There are lots of restaurants in WDW that would be great for a romantic evening.
