Making custom outfits?

I was wondering is there a section on here where people show and discuss custom made outfits? I thought I remembered seeing custom Disney outfits on here back when I use to come on here a lot but then I took a little break and now that I am back I can't recall if there was one for sure and where to find it now.

It is called the disboutique board it is under the family section.
