making changes to online-check in?

We are staying at Wilderness Lodge in March with a courtyard view. I did online check in today and put 6th floor or high floor for my room requests. After doing some research I realized that 6th floor rooms have the dormer windows which I don't want. I went back into modify online check in and it won't let me uncheck the choices I have made. Any way I can make these changes? If I call do I call the main reservation number and will they make the change?

Is there any reason I would want the dormer window?

I've never done OCI, but I don't think requests (once made) can be changed online (hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong). I don't know if reservations can change anything, but they can certainly add them to your reservation. Keep in mind that if you get assigned a room that doesn't meet your requests, you can always ask if a different room is available. It's not guaranteed your room can be changed, but it never hurts to ask .

@mickeynut1 is correct, you will have to call the Main Reservations line. The phone CM will be able to correct your requests.
