Making & Cancelling PS?

Okay so I am trying to plan for a trip in mid April but having trouble finding airfare that my dh will agree is good or not but would like to make some PS for a few character meals now... Here is my question:

Can (should) I make all the PS that I want and can get and if we end up not going cancel without any type of penalty as long as it's done in advance? I most likely won't be trying for a PS at the Castle because family not keen on the Family Style dinning (Picky Family). Also do they charge you anything for making these PS? Thanks so much

For the vast majority of restaurants, you can make and cancel PS's as much as you need without any charge. CRT is an exception and some holiday meals are also exceptions, but I think that's about it. When you make your PS's they will tell you if there is a charge for cancelling any of the PS's you make. Or you can ask just to make sure.

We did princess storybook brkfst at 11:40 which was the last seating.
BTW, if you're asked for a credit card# then you'll be charged for not showing up. I know Chef Mickey's was one that asked for a #

Chef Mickey's does not need a CC. Princess meals, dinner shows, Fantasmic dinner packages and the "nicer" restaurants do require one.

Went back and looked at my sidenotes, you're right, chef mickey's didn't require CC#, storybook brkfst with princess did. Sorry
