Making birthday at WDW special (for adult)

I know it's still over six months away, but during our upcoming trip to the world it will be my sister's birthday.
Every so often I run through my head things like what I am going to get people as gifts when they have birthdays or Christms or whatever (yes I worry too much about gifts I give lol). As I did my usual run through I realized that I could make my gift to my sister even more special since we will be at WDW for it , and really how often will she get to celebrate her actual birthday at Disney?

So I wanted to know if you guys had any ideas with what to surprise her. I was thinking of having something delivered to the room so she could see it when we got back. Her big thing was having dinner at BOG, which we will be going to the day after her birthday for dinner (because that day worked out better as our MK day rather than her actual day). I thought about paying her meal but that won't be special enough I don't think.
I know Disney does the florist deliveries that also deliver other stuff. My issue with that is we will be leaving two days later and we can't even take the flowers with us if I do flowers, but maybe some of the other stuff could work?

I will appreciate any ideas you guys have. If it helps knowing more about her she is on her mid-twenties and some of the stuff she likes are Pandora charms and she collects Tsum Tsums. She is a Disney freak even more so than me so she would appreciate almost anything Disney. Thanks for your help!!

Can you schedule a fastpass for pictures with her favorite character? I always smile looking at the picture of me with Minnie at Chef Mickey's on my 40th birthday. Or purchase a Belle jewelry box with a Pandora charm. My granddaughter has one that plays music and Belle spins when you open it. We were there 3 years ago. Not sure if they still carry them. Anything you do will be special for her. Best wishes for a great trip!

The character thing could work if she wasnt planning that stuff already Lol. She and I are co-planners for the trip so to even surprise her with something like a character meet and greet would be kinda hard.

Thanks for the jewelry box idea though!

We were there for Mother's Day last year so my son and then DIL had something delivered to the room which was waiting in the room when we checked in. There was a big ole balloon that said Happy Mother's Day (we were doing a split stay between AKV and BWV so it got deflated during the transfer but I enjoyed it for two days) and a flower shaped box. When I opened the box there was the cutest sparkly wand (which worked out well since they were giving crowns to all the mother's that day) and a swarovski crystal and silver bracelet with three charms dangling from it, each saying something different - Dream, Wish and Believe. I've worn it every single time I leave my house since then. It was a beautiful surprise and made me cry. It was this https://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/2012/05/make-a-magical-wish-come-true-for-your-mom-this-year/. The year my son graduated from Navy Corpsman school I got with the store and concierge staff in the resort (happened to be Yacht Club) and picked out a duffy bear with the sailor suit on, a bottle of wine and two wine glasses and some chocolate, they took it to his room before he arrived (I got there before them) and had it sitting on the table with a card saying congratulations. If you don't want to arrange it in advance, just sneak down at some point and talk to the concierge folks, they have always been real helpful for me.

A semi free thing - one year on my birthday I bought a little notebook and pen in one of the shops and at each country in WS in Epcot I bought a pin for that country then had a cast member write on a page (one for each country) Happy birthday in their language and sign it. The CMs enjoyed it and more often than not wrote much more than happy birthday and loved telling me what they wrote. When I got home I made a sort of shadow box with the country pin stuck in each greeting.

You could make a custom gift basket or chose a pre-made one from Disney Floral and Gifts! A little one the pricey side for either type, but the make your own has SO many options of things you can put in it and they will deliver it to the room for you so its a surprise!

Get her Memory Maker and tell her she'll get a photo book of the photos at the end of the trip?

Maybe schedule a character wake up call that morning?

What about a dessert party? Cake delivered to your table at a table service restaurant?
