Making ADRs online question...

I thought it would be a good idea to do my reservations online since you can do them an hour earlier on there, than on the phone. So I just signed into my Disneyworld.com acct and put in my confirmation number (made the reservations through AAA). I can't actually make the reservations till the 26th but I just wanted to get it in there. The reservations were made by my parents, hence in their last name. It wouldn't allow me to proceed because of that (different name).

So my question is - will I be able to make them online since they are not in my name? Should I make a new disneyworld email acct using my maiden name (since thats the name the reservations are in) or should I just do it over the phone?

Is your name on the reservation? My name is the lead on my reservation but my boyfriend was able to log on and make ADRs (with a different last name) but his name is on the reservation. Also, is the confirmation # you are using look something like this: 3HL69442 or is it a confirmation number with no letters? Having worked at AAA and booking many trips through them, I know their paper work has their own (AAA) confirmation number all over it and in very few spots they have the actual Disney confirmation number which should have the letters in it.

It found it, but says "The last name does not match the resort confirmation number you entered. Please check details and try again" I'm trying it now with more details... and my parents last name.... and it found it! I tried it with more details and MY last name, and nothing..... the woman who did it (at AAA) wasn't the best in the world - I actually can't stand her as a travel agent. She never answers her phone, never returns phone calls.... I'll have to make sure she didn't mess it up by putting us all under the same last name...
