Making ADRs on Christmas morning?

It just so happens that our 180-day mark falls on Christmas morning. Since I've heard bad stories of making on-line ressies with a DVC stay, does anyone know if someone will be at the other end of Disney's phone?

We are DVC members and are staying on property. We have called to make some ADRs but made most online. As long as you tie the ADR to a phone number (prompted to do this online) and hold onto your confirmation number, you should be fine. When we call Disney Dining or DVC Member Services now with questions, they have no trouble pulling up our ADRs. Perhaps the stories you've heard were from when the system was first put in place. Thanks for the reply. We'll try going the online route as even though we're anxious to get our dining reservations made we feel kind of "Grinch'y" about having a cast member answer the phone on Christmas morning. There comes a point when Disney magic gets trumped.

I made mine online for upcoming trip staying at a dvc resort and had no problems.
