We will be in WDW November 9 - 17....I have already made the following ADR's:

11/9 - lunch @ Liberty Tree Tavern
11/10 - dinner @ La Hacienda de San Angel
11/11 - lunch @ 50's Prime Time

I can't get any ADR's past the 11th because we are right at the 180 day mark....

Wondering what some of your fave places are at the resorts? Or in AK? Would love to snag a lunch Le Cellier ADR, but those seem hard to come by.

Thanks! :) Happy Sunday!
:yay:

I was surprised but I didn't have a hard time getting a Le Cellier lunch at about 9am on 180 out (we don't have our resort booked yet, so no +10). With 5 of us, it is usually near impossible to get in there!

In AK, it is really a toss up. We were disappointed in Tusker House for breakfast but enjoyed lunch there, and also enjoyed Yak & Yeti. And Flame Tree would rank as one of our rare favorite counter service locations if not for the sometimes bothersome birds in the seating area (they tend to either freak out or distract my kids).

We really loved La Hacienda in March, so much so that we're planning to go back in Nov.

As far as resort dinners go we do a lot of signature dining. California Grill and Flying Fish are our overall favorites. My lobster-loving DH & DS enjoy Narcoosees too, and Jiko was excellent but can be a bit of a travel hassle if you're relying on Disney transportation. When it comes to non-signature meals, Kona and Captain's Grill are our favorites - Kona for sushi and tropical-influenced seafood and Captains Grill for simple but excellent crab legs and clam chowder.

I'm assuming you're not staying onsite, otherwise you can book all of your stay now. I just booked this morning. We are staying nov 11-19.
Yak and yeti is good in AK. We love LTT for lunch so good choice. Do you just want 1 credit TS? Kona cafe is good in the resorts. We like sci fi for burgers and fun atmosphere. Chefs de France is good too.
If you want signatures- flying fish, Cali grill, brown derby and narcoosees are all excellent.

I would like to try liberty tree for lunch but my husband wants to use our TS for dinner and we don't want to go to deluxe. Last year we went to Cape May for the first time and hubby loved it so we are going back. Whispering canyon is one daughters favorite, ohana is the othe other daughters fave and crystAl palace is our sons. So we have ADR for all three. My favorite is to try NEW place so we are going to Teppan Edo and Via Napoli for me.

You are correct, we aren't staying on-site (we stay with friends in Kissimmee). So, we are going day by day as we can on the WDW website, making our ADR's online. :)

I like seafood (crab legs are my FAVE), but DH isn't really into seafood. What would be a good place to try for some "surf and turf" meals that aren't anarm and a leg? :)

Lunch at Kona Cafe sounds yummy! I think we may sub that for our 50's PT Cafe ADR....

I think Cape May at Beach Club for dinner has crab legs, we've only been for breakfast but it gets good reviews for dinner. I am sure they have other things, but I don't know what.

I don't know anywhere to get surf and turf other than Narcoosees but if you mean separate fish dishes & steak dishes, I think most restaurants serve both.
