Making ADR's and the Disney system

What a pain when the system is down to make ADR's!

I waited and called and the first CM I got was horrible it took her 45 minutes to book ONE reservation. She then proceeded to tell me there was NO availability in Jan for any of the 4 other places I wanted to book. She the accidentally booked me for TODAY at an 8am ressie at CP then cancelled and said I wouldn't be charged. Sure enough there is a charge on my credit card.

I called back and got the charge reversed and the new CM booked all 4 ressies in a matter of 9 minutes. Insane how different it can be going from one CM to another.

To be fair to the CM, the system may have been taking a dump when she was on, and was better for your second CM.

It's happened to all of us. I'm sure it happens to them.

Very true. She was polite, but really seemed to be confused with how to do things. It could have been the system was acting up, but boy was it painful.
