Making ADRs 180 days out ?????s

Hi all and thanks in advance for your answer. I know you can make reservations 180 days out, but is that just if you are staying On-site, or for everyone?? We're staying offsite in April and need to make ADRs. Mousesavers was a little vague about this I thought, and allears didn't address it either way. Thanks and sorry if this has already been asked.

It's for everyone.

On-property guests (excluding Swan, Dolphin and Shades of Green) can book 180 + 10 days with their reservation confirmation number from a Disney hotel.
