Making ADR when not all are on DDP?

DH and I have a question. We have a party of 11, possibly 13 going in January. We are not all on the DDP. Can I still make an ADR for all of us at once?

Yes.

DDP or no DDP is entirely irrelevant to the reservation process unless you are booking a prepaid meal event (CRT, Hoop de Doo Revue, Spirit of Aloha or Mickey's Backyard Barbecue).
