We will visit the World again during first week of Jan 2009, and now we are in the 180-day window for ADR. We knew for sure we will be on DDP (or Deluxe), but I believe the pricing is not yet available.

My Question is - is it possible to make ADR before we booked our Magic Your Way plus Dining package? I asked this because for some restaurants (e.g. Cinderella's Royal Table) they will charge your credit card immediately during booking, unless you claim that you are on DDP.

Yes, you can make your ADRs now. A WDW resort reservation is not needed in order to make ADRs at the 180-day mark. Even off-site guests can do this. I believe your cc will be charged for CRT, but will be credited once you have you meal and use the DDP to cover it.

We are planning on arriving 1/4 and I have already made the first three days of ADRs and I do not have our resort booked yet (we can't make up our minds).

No problem! I have done it often since I won't book my hotel until a discount is announced. You can't use the 180+10, of course, (point is moot for you) and you will be charged at CRT.
