Making a privacy curtain at POP

I have read threads before mentioning making a do-it-yourself privacy curtain for the room, to give some separation for the bathroom area.
If you have done this before, can you give me an idea of the size of the rod I should be looking for (specifically for POP) and how exactly do you fit it in your luggage?? (luckily we are just driving over from Tampa so don't have to worry about that. just was curious how others got it there!)

I read on another thread that the space is about 5 feet, so what people do is hang those Command adhesive hooks (that come off w/o stripping the wall) on either side of the doorway and hang the curtain from those.

I've got some command hooks and a simple shower curtain, and I'm going to get some clothesline to string through the holes in the top of the curtain. More portable than a pole and I can cut it to the right length.

I hung a curtain at Pop using just 3m Sticky Hooks on either side of the wall. The shower curtain has holes in it and they hang securely from just the hooks. A clothesline wasn't necessary.

This is a great idea! I never thought about it before or even heard of doing it! But I know on our last trip, I would wake up way earlier than my boyfriend and I would always wake him because of the light in the bathroom.

That's good to know that the shower curtain will be just the right length for Pop. We're not staying there, but I'll have to remember to rig this up at any hotel where occupants exceed privacy.

I hate being anxious to get going on our trip, and we have to wait for each person to get dressed one at a time. Modesty shmodesty, I say! Start stripping!
