Looks like that is direct from the Mouse. Still doesn't make sense that they wouldn't want my money before I arrive, but it is what it is.

The payment I just made on the phone was for our room only reservation in February. It worked fully automated now, instead of needing an agent. Punch in the reservation number, it asked a few prompts to verify and then I was able to make a payment. I started by saying "Make a Payment" and it got routed correctly. I'd prefer online, but it was really easy now that it seems to be working.
