Just wanted to share that I recently attended a motivational seminar which really gave me some perspective in many areas, including weight loss. One of the speakers said that so many people (raising my hand here) say they lack discipline, will-power, don't have the time, etc. to stick to a weight loss program and ask her how she stays so healthy and disciplines herself to be healthy (this woman only eats ONE ice cream all summer!), and her answer was, "I made a decision to be healthy."
It's hard to describe, but I really understood what she meant. It wasn't like, "I'm going to TRY to lose weight and be healthy," it's like, "I AM going to be healthy, and that's that."
So here I am saying for myself personally, I AM going to be healthy!
