Making a countdown chart! Help please!

I'm honestly not sure what they're called...but I would like to create a countdown for our Disney vacation where we tear a page off each day. I suppose it would be sort of like those comic calendars that sits on your desk. August really wanted to do this so I think we should do it!

Does anyone know how to make one of these, or is there some kind of website that does custom ones? Thanks!
