Making 180 plus 10 online

I don't remember how to associate my resort reservation so I can make 180 plus online. Can anyone help?

As soon as you go to put in a time and date for a restaurant in the +10 window, it asks you to login and associate your reservation. It prompts you before it goes out to look for open times.
