Where can I find makeup cheap? My dear sweet cousin has just discovered makeup and I would like to suprize her with some in her vacation bag. Im looking for lip gloss (the Nyc stuff, to keep her out of mine), some eye shadow pencils, and some other fun stuff. TIA

If you have an ULTA, I find their store brand makeup to be reasonably priced (especially when they are running specials) and good quality. I mix what I use from there and other brands, but I love their automatic eye pencils (were on sale for $2 yesterday when I was there).

Try E.L.F. Most of the makeup is $1.00. It is not bad for lip gloss and eyeliner. I bought a bunch and it was fast shipping. Don't expect Bare Minerals but like I said not bad makeup.

I would go with powder or stick. Liquid is kind of tricky. Hope she has fun with it.
