OK, so I just called (only my second attempt) and the CM Ferris, wouldn't even look. He said no maam there are no published discounts for rooms ( I specifically asked if I had a pin). The he said "Thank youfor calling Disney and have a magical day"-kinda sarcastically or maybe I just took it that way. I then hung up on him. The first call I got another very abrupt CM. Don't like it... Where's the disney magic??? When I call to book, I always get such nice friendly CMs. Doubt I will make a third call.![]()
Call another CM. And then send an e-mail to WDW about the bad one.
