Renting for the first time is always a bit daunting but I'm sure everything will be fine. We went through all the same feelings you are going through on our first direct rental from an owner - now as an owner we can understand the concerns of our guests and try to make the process as easy as possible. Like it has previously been said - we trust you to take care of our homes like you trust us to rent them out to you. Everything will be fine
